Bayern Munich have begun their pre-season campaign in impressive fashion, thrashing Rottach-Egern 27-0 in their first friendly match. The match was played at Bayern's training ground in Tegernsee, and the German champions were in dominant form from the start.

Four hat-tricks

Four Bayern players scored hat-tricks in the match, with Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sané, Kingsley Coman, and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting all finding the net three times. The other goals came from Thomas Müller, Leon Goretzka, and Jamal Musiala.
